Basement Sketches
What do you do when you’re stuck inside and can’t get together with your bandmates to create and play music? You figure out how to make music at home. These are the outputs of homemade musical projects done to scratch the itch of making music during the pandemic. In many cases, these tunes were made in a matter of hours or evenings. They are raw demos, reinterpretations of songs, and experiments with chord progressions, melodies, lyrics, and sounds. These aren’t intended to be polished or finished. These are simply sketches from the basement.
